By using The Pick Club website and services, you agree to these Terms.

Memberships & Subscriptions

• Access to premium content requires an active subscription.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
• You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing cycle.
• No refunds for partial billing cycles.

Content & Usage

• All picks, insights, and tools (Club Assistant™, PropView™, TPC Score™) are for entertainment and informational purposes only.
• You agree not to redistribute, copy, or resell premium content without permission.
• We may update, modify, or remove features at any time.

Limitation of Liability

• The Pick Club is not a sportsbook. We do not accept or process wagers.
• We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from use of our picks, tools, or content.
• Betting involves risk. Play responsibly.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
